We offer a full refund on all new Personal and Family subscriptions within 7 days of your first payment. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@praying-app.com and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Church Growth and Ministry plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Contact us at support@praying-app.com with your account email to request a refund.
We do not offer refunds on renewal charges. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date — you'll retain full access until the end of your paid period and won't be charged again.
If you're on a free trial, you will not be charged unless you continue past the trial period. You can cancel during the trial at no cost.
Email support@praying-app.com with the email address associated with your account. We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
